前交叉韧带损伤早期的关节镜下重建

目的描述前交叉韧带损伤早期的关节镜下重建，总结其初期临床结果。方法2007年12月至2008年11月，25例前交叉韧带损伤患者采用4股自体半腱肌半膜肌肌腱重建前交叉韧带的手术方法。移植物采用圆头，软螺纹空心螺钉沿前内侧入口固定。根据Macnab和Lysholm评分标准进行膝关节功能评估。结果术后随访6个月，末次随访时，伸膝活动均正常，1例屈膝受限30°。根据Macnab分类标准，患者总体满意率为96％。患者膝关节平均活动范围是0°～130°。膝关节功能按Lysholm评分，术前（57．48±6．27），术后（95．81±1．25），差异有统计学意义。结论前交叉韧带损伤早期的关节镜下重建能起到良好的临床效果。

Reconstruction of Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injuries with Arthroscope

Objective To describe the method of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with arthroscope and to evaluate short-term outcomes. Methods Twenty-five cases of ACL injuries were treated with one-bundle ACL reconstruction with four strands of autogenous semitendinosus tendon. The gratis were fixed with interference screw. The patients were followed up for 6 month and evaluated ac- cording to Macnab and Lysholm rating scales. Results At the last follow-up, all patients showed normal knee extension. One patient had 30° of flexion limitation. According to the Macnab score, the patients＇ average degree of satisfaction was 96%, and the average knee range of activities was 0° - 130° . The Lysholm knee function score was （95.81 ± 1.25） after operation, showing significant difference when compared with that before operation （57.48 ± 6.27）. Conclusion Reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament injuries with arthroscope can play a good clinical effect.
