胃乃安胶囊治疗HP阳性慢性糜烂性胃炎疗效观察

目的：观察胃乃安胶囊治疗HP阳性慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效及对HP的杀灭效果。方法：内镜确诊HP阳性的慢性糜烂性胃炎90例。治疗组50例口服乃安胶囊，每次4粒，每日3次。饭前半时服。对照组40例口服复方氢氧化铝片，每次2片，每日3次，饭前半时服。两组病人均服药6周。结果：治疗组有效率92％，对照组有效率67．5％，两组对比，x^2＝23．87，P＜0．01，显著差异。HP阴转：治疗组58％，对照组27．5％，两组对比，x^2＝8．37，P＜0．01，显著差异。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。结论：胃乃安胶囊治疗HP阳性慢性糜烂性胃炎疗效较好，安全，无副作用。

Investigation on Clinical Effect of Weinaian Capsules on Chronic Erosive Gastritis with HP Positivity

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Weinaian Capsules on chronic erosive gastritis with HP positivity and its effect on HP.Methods: 90 patients with chronic erosive gastritis with HP positivity were divided into 2 groups. 50 cases in the treatment group were given drug Weinaian Capsules orally, 4 capsules each time, 3 times a day. 40 cases in the control group were given drug Compound Aluminum Hydroxide Tablets orally, 2 tablets each time, 3 times a day. Both groups were treated for 6 successive weeks. Results: The effective rates were 92% for the treatment group and 67.5% for the control group ( x 2=23.87,P<0.01) . HP negativity turning rates were 58% for the treatment group and 27.5% for the control group. There was also a significant difference ( x 2=8.37, P<0.01). The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusions: Weinaian Capsules is effective for chronic erosive gastritis with HP positivity. It is safe and has no side effect.
