按动疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效观察

目的观察按动疗法和电针治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将162例膝骨关节炎患者按就诊顺序分为2组，分别采用按动治疗和电针治疗1个月。采用骨关节炎指数（WOMAC）量表分别在治疗2周和4周后进行疗效评定。结果治疗2周和4周时2组的总体症状、疼痛、僵硬和日常功能活动积分均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0．01），且按动治疗组的各项积分均低于电针治疗组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；按动治疗组的总有效率（93．9％）优于电针治疗组（83．7％），差异有统计学意义（P＝0．04）。结论按动疗法和电针治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切，且按动疗法优于电针治疗。

Efficacy observation of pressing-pushing therapy for knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pressing-pushing therapy and eleetroacupuncture（EA） for treatment of knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods One hundred and sixty-two cases of KOA were randomly divided into two groups, which were treated with pressing-pushing therapy and EA respectively. The WOMAC index was adopted to perform efficacy assessment 2 week and 4 week after treatment respectively. Results Compared before treatment, total symptom score, pain, stiffness and daily activity score were all obviously decreased 2 week and 4 week after treatment（P 〈0. 01 ）, and each score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（P 〈0. 01）. The total effective rate was 93.9% in the treatment group, which was significantly superior to 83.7% in the control group （P = 0. 04）. Conclusion The pressing-pushing therapy and EA have affirmative efficacy in treatment of KOA, which is more significant in pressing-pushing therapy.
