鞍区肿瘤术后水钠代谢紊乱的护理观察

目的探讨鞍区肿瘤术后水钠代谢紊乱的护理观察。方法对25例鞍区肿瘤术后发生水电解质紊乱患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果垂体瘤14例，颅咽管瘤6例，脑膜瘤4例，上皮样囊肿1例。发生尿崩症15例，SIADH3例，CSW4例，高钠血症6例(3例伴尿崩症)。23例水电解质失衡得以纠正，死亡1例，1例自动出院。结论鞍区肿瘤术后水钠代谢的管理应做到重视、警惕，早期采取监测措施，及时纠正，这样可提高原发疾病的疗效。

Nursing and Observation of Water and sodium Disturbances after Operation of Sellar Tumors

Objective To explore nursing and observation of water and sodium disturbances after the operations of sellar tumors. Method The clinical data of postoperative water and sodium disturbances was analyzed recrospectively in 25 patients with sellar tumors. Results Of the 25 patients, 14 suffered from pituitary adenoma, 6 craniopharyngioma, 4 meningioma and 1 epidermoid cyst. Diabetes insipidus occurred postoperatively in 15 patients, SIADH in 3, CSW in 4, and hypernatremia in 6 (3 with diabetes insipidus). The disturbances of water and electrolyte in 23 patients were corrected. One case died and one patient was discharged under the will of his family members. Conclusions More attention should be paid to the water and sodium disturbances after the operations in the patients with sellar tumors. Early monitoring of water and salt metabolism and timely correction of water and sodium disorders are helpful to promoting curative effect in the patients with sellar tumors.
