| 摘 要： | 本文对急性非淋巴细胞白血病20例、糖尿病20例及对照组30例的血浆中TFPI抗原含量与活性进行了测定。白血病患者各为86.52±20.63ng/ml(P<0.001)与79.12±13.0u/ml(P>0.05),糖尿病患者各为183.58±29.0ng/ml(P<0.001)与103.22±25.27u/ml(P<0.01)。初步认为白血病患者TFPI抗原含量降低可能有与亚急性DIC存在相关,而糖尿病患者TFPI抗原含量与活性均增高与常伴感染有关。

| Abstract: | This article represents plasma tissue factor pathway inhibitor( TFPI) antigen levels (Ag) and activity (C) in Acute nonlymphoblastic leukemia (ANLL) 20 cases,Diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) 20 cases and control groups 30 cases.Patients of ANLL TFPI:Ag are 86.52 20.63ng/ml( P < 0.001) ,TFPI:C are 79.12 13. 0u/ml( P < 0.05).Patients of NIDDM TFPI: Ag are 183.58 29.0ng/nl( P < 0.001) ,TFPI:C are 103.22 25.27u/ml( P < 0.001) . It suggested that TFPI: Ag of ANLL lower than controls be related by subacute DIC probably. TFPI: Ag and TFPI: C of NIDDM are increased than controls be related by infectious. |
