| 摘 要： | 本文应用酶速率法测定了７９例原发性肝癌、肝硬化、慢性肝炎和非肝脏疾病患者血清中与低密度脂蛋白（ＬＤＬ）、极低密度脂蛋白（ＶＬＤＬ）结合的ｒ－谷氨酰转肽酶（ＧＧＴ）活力。结果表明，原发性肝癌血清ＬＤＬ－ＶＬＤＬ－ＧＧＴ以及ＬＤＬ－ＶＬＤＬ－ＧＧＴ占血清总ＧＧＴ的百分比显著高于肝硬化、慢性肝炎及非肝脏疾病组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。血清ＬＤＬＶＬＤＬ－ＧＧＴ测定对肝癌与肝脏非恶性病变的鉴别诊断具有一定价值。

| Abstract: | The vitality of gamma-glutamy1 transpeptidase(GGT) content in serum low combined with density with density lipoprotein determined by means of enzymatic kinetic method in 14 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC), 24 patents with liver cirrhosis(LC), 30 patients with chronic hepatitis (CH).The results showed that LDL-VLDL-GGT and the ratio of LDL-VLDL-GGT/ GGT were significantly higher in PHC than LC and CH(P<0.01).It suggested that this assay would be useful for the diagnosis of PHC. |
