药蜡疗配合运动疗法在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的效果研究

目的：探讨运用药蜡疗配合运动疗法对腰椎间盘突出症的影响，研究临床效果。方法：对我院针灸推拿科腰椎间盘突出症患者选取100例随机分为观察组50例和对照组50例，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予中药塌渍同时用医用石蜡热敷，每天1次，每次40分钟；指导每天坚持早晚各一次腰背部功能锻炼，每次30分钟，对照组给予常规治疗，观察比较两组患者疼痛缓解程度、腰部活动功能改善及患者住院天数、总费用指标。结果：观察组疼痛缓饵、腰部活动功能改善及患者住院天数、总费用指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；观察组的治愈率、显效率、总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论药蜡疗配合运动疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著，安全性好，无明显不良反应。

The effective research of Herbal Wax and Exercise Therapy on the Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the herb wax and exercise therapy on the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 100 patients with the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in the department of acupuncture and manipulation of our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）. Chinese Fomentation was taken meanwhile with medical max in hot compress in the treatment group which had been treated in conventional therapy, once a day,one time 40 minutes. Exercise therapy in lumbar and back was guided twice a day in the morning and evening, with one time 30 minutes. The control group was treated in conventional therapy.Observe extent of easement of pain,the lumber movement,length of stay in hospital and total cost of hospitalization of the two groups. Results There was a significant difference in alleviating extent of pain,improving lumbar movement and length of stay between two groups（P 〈0.01）.There was also a obvious difference between two groups in recovery rate,excellent rate and total effective rate （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion herbal wax cooperated exercise therapy has evident effect, well safety and little untoward reaction in the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
