巨幼细胞性贫血68例骨髓检查临床分析

目的：观察分析巨幼细胞性贫血骨髓象、血象细胞形态学特点,探讨MA 的鉴别诊断.方法：回顾性分析2006 年1 月～2012 年1 月在我科收集的68 例巨幼细胞性贫血患者的临床资料.结果：巨幼细胞性贫血外周血以大卵圆形红细胞为主;骨髓巨幼红细胞超过10%,伴有巨幼变粒细胞及核分叶过多、颗粒减少的巨核细胞.结论：骨髓细胞形态学特点是MA 诊断的依据,但注意与MDS、急性粒细胞白血病（M6）、溶血性贫血等鉴别诊断.

Megaloblastic anemia bone marrow examination in 68 cases of clinical analysis

Objective ： To observe and analyze the megaloblastic anemia bone marrow, blood cell morphology, differential diagnosis of MA. Methods ： a retrospective analysis of 2006January to 2012January in our department were collected in the 68cases of megaloblastic anemia in patients with clinical data. Results： megaloblastic anemia in peripheral blood with a large oval red cell; bone marrow megaloblastic exceeds 10%, with megaloblastic changes of granulocyte and nuclear division leaves too much, particles to reduce megakaryocyte. Conclusion： the bone marrow cell morphology is characterized by MA diagnostic evidence, but the attention and MDS, acute myelocytic leukemia （M6）, hemolytic anemia differential diagnosis.
