| Abstract: | To improve the surgical skills for complicative renal diseases,the frequently-selected operative pathways in open kidney surgery were analyzed and their advantages as well as disadvantages were evaluated.After that,the principle of pathway selection was proposed,and the selection of operative pathway in partial nephrectomy,giant renal carcinoma and nephrectomy of adhesion kidney was discussed in detail. |
