肝素钠抗凝血浆标本在生化检验中应用的可行性分析

摘    要:目的:对肝素钠抗凝血浆标本在生化检验中应用的可行性进行分析。方法:对肝素钠抗凝血浆以及血清的21项生化项目的测定结果作相关比较,并提出对应的处理方法,选择132例本院门诊的病人,按照常规的方法抽取静脉血液4ml,各取一半分别注入2支不同的试管。其中一支试管为促凝剂,分离胶管,放置于37℃并水浴20分钟,然后通过离心分离出血清;另一试管为肝素钠抗凝管,在抽血后立刻进行离心分离出血浆。分析项目分别为:甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、葡萄糖(Glu)、尿素(Bun)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),以上21个项目均使用全自动分析仪来进行测定。结果:血清和血浆中TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、ALT、AST、GGT、ALP、ALB、TBIL、DBIL、BBIL、Cr、UA、CK、LDH、α-HBDH的检验结果基本一致(P〉0.05);TP、GLU稍有差异(P〈0.05);而AFU、CK-MB存在明显差异(P〈0.01)。结论:采用肝素钠抗凝血浆进行生化检验分析,AFU、CK-MB的差异较大,无法准确地报告出结果,其它项目结果无明显差异,可以报告结果。

Abstract:Objective: on biochemical analysis of heparin anticoagulant plasma application to study the feasibility analysis. Methods: On heparin anticoagulant plasma and serum of 21 biochemical items determination result comparing, and puts forward the corresponding treatment methods,132 cases of this courtyard outpatient service patient, according to the conventional method of extracting venous blood4ml, each half separately into2 different in vitro. One tube for accelerator / separation of hose, placed in37 degrees C water bath for 20 minutes and then passed through centrifugal separation, bleeding Qing; another test for heparin sodium anticoagulation tube, in blood immediately after the centrifugal separation of plasma. Analysis of the project are: triglyceride ( TG ), total cholesterol ( TC ), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C ), low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C ), alanine aminotransferase ( ALT ), aspartate aminotransferase ( AST ), gamma glutamyl transferase ( GGT ), alkaline phosphatase ( ALP ), total protein ( TP ), albumin ( ALB ), total bilirubin ( TBIL ), direct bilirubin ( DBIL ), alpha L fucosidase ( AFU ), glucose ( Glu ), urea ( Bun ), creatinine ( Cr ), uric acid ( UA ), creatine kinase ( CK ), creatine kinase isoenzyme ( CK-MB ), alpha hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase ( α - HBDH ), lactate dehydregenase ( LDH ), These 21projects are using automatic analyzer for the determination. Serum and plasma TG, TC, HDL--C, LDL-C, ALT, AST, GGT, ALP, ALB, TBIL, DBIL, Bun, Cr, UA, CK, LDH, alpha HBDH test results are basically the same ( P 〉 0.05); TP, GLU slightly different ( P 〈 0.05); while the AFU CK-MB, there exist obvious differences ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion : The heparin sodium anticcagulation plasma biochemical analysis, AFU, CK-MB difference is bigger, unable to accurately report the results, other project results dn not differ significantly, can report the results.
