温水膀胱冲洗加S2-S4区间腰骶部按摩治疗神经源性尿潴留的临床研究

目的：通过人体中枢及周围神经分布路径、创新的护理思维,寻找能够有效治疗脑梗死所引发的神经源性尿潴留的方法.方法：将2012 年50 例我院收治的脑梗死引发的神经源性尿潴留患者随机分为两组：研究组25 例,采用液体温度为30-37℃的生理盐水在膀胱排空情况下进行膀胱冲洗加S2-S4 区间的腰骶部神经按摩.对照组25 例,进行间歇性导尿术,具体方法 是：嘱患者先自己试行排尿,再插入导尿管排尽尿液,同时可以测残余尿量,根据患者的膀胱残余尿量制定导尿次数.二组疗程均相同,一周为一疗程,间隔一天后,进行第二个疗程,共进行2 个疗程后,对数据进行统计分析.结果：两组脑梗死引发的神经源性尿潴留患者治疗后评分的比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈 0.05）,研究组优于对照组.结论：通过运用温水膀胱冲洗加S2-S4 区间神经脊髓段按摩治疗神经源性尿潴留的治疗护理方法,对于促进患者排尿神经功能的恢复及减少并发症、提高患者生活质量,具有确切的疗效.

The clinical research on treat neurogenic urine retention by the way of S2-the S4 interval lumbar ministry neural massage and bladder washout with warm sodium chloride

Purpose：Looking for effective treatment for cerebral infarction triggered by neurogenic urinary retention method through study the nerve supply of central nervous system and peripheral nerve combined Innovation of nursing thinking. Method： We devided the 50 cases of cerebral infarction triggered by neurogenic urinary retention that come from our hospital in the year 2012 into two groups at rondom： the study group 25 cases, adopt bladder washout with sodium chloride of the temperature of 30-37℃ in the emptying of the bladder add S2-the S4 interval lumbar ministry neural massage, and the control group 25 cases, we adopt intermittent catheterization, the pecific means is： Instructing patients to try out micturition, then insert catheters row all urine, and at the same time it can measure of residual urine, according to patients with bladder residual urine output catheterization for many times. Two groups of course are the same, and a week for one period of treatment, the interval, a day after a period of treatment of the second, a total of 2 after treatment, then the data were statistically analyzed. Results： The wo groups of patients that cerebral infarction triggered neurogenic patients with urinary retention after treatment of comparative differences have a statistics significance （P 〈 0.05）, and the study group is better than the control group. Comprehension： The nursing care of neurogenic urine retention by the way of point massage of S2- S4 spinal cord nerve and bladder washout with warm sodium chloride, not only can promote the patient of neuralogical function recovery and reduce complications, also has a certain effect on improve the quality of life of the patients.
