| 摘 要： | 目的:分析64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像失败的各种因素,提高冠状动脉检查成功率。方法:255例64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中13例检查失败,分析失败原因。结果:失败因素包括:心律不齐、心率过快6例,屏气不佳3例,没有把冠状动脉完全包在扫描范围以内2例,其它原因2例。结论:64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像失败主要因素有心律不齐、心率过快和屏气不佳等,合理控制可提高冠状动脉成像检查的成功率,改善图像质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the 64-slice CT coronary angiography for a variety of factors failed to improve the success rate of coronary artery examination.Methods：255 cases of 64-slice CT coronary angiography in 13 cases of examination failure,analyze the reasons for failure.Results：Failure factors include： irregular heart beat,heart rate too fast in 6 cases,bad breath in 3 cases,did not completely wrapped in coronary scanning within the scope of 2 cases,other reasons in 2 cases.Conclusion：64-slice CT coronary angiography failed main factors inclued arrhythmias,heart rate fast,and breath-hold is not so good,reasonable control checking can improve the success rate of coronary angiography examination to improve the image quality. |
