中医药治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效的系统评价

目的：评价中医药治疗慢性肾衰竭是否有助于提高临床疗效。方法：随机对照试验系统评价;采用电子和手工检索中国生物医学文献数据库CBMdisc、中国期刊全文数据库CNKI、维普资讯中文科技期刊数据库、Pubmed数据库和国内相关中医期刊;搜集和比较中药结合西药与单纯西药治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床随机对照试验;采用Cochrance协作网Review Manager4.2进行统计分析。结果：共纳入RCTs16篇,共1305例病人,Meta-分析结果表明,中西医结合治疗对慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效比单纯西医治疗有提高作用。但是,这些研究存在许多方法学上的问题,导致分析结果可信性降低。结论：中医药治疗能提高慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效,但这需要严格设计的大样本、多中心的随机双盲对照实验和系统评价来进一步证实。

Traditional Chinese Medicine for Chronic Renal Failure: A Systematic Review of Randomized Controlled Trials

Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） therapies for chronic renal failure（CRF）.Methods：we conducted a systematic review of randomized controlled trials （RCTs） in which TCM was used to treat in CRF.And we screened relevant studies according to predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria,evaluated the quality of the included studies,and performed meta-analyses by using The Cochrane Collaboration’s Revman 4.2 software.Results：A total of 16 randomized clinical trials of TCM therapies for CKD original studies were identified.The analysis indicated that combination of TCM with Western medicine therapies were more effective than Western medicine therapies only.But there are many questions in these RCTs in methodology.Conclusion：TCM therapies can improve the effectiveness of therapy in CKD.More evidence is needed to support this finding.
