摘    要:目的 探讨三苯氧胺(TAM)对大鼠乳腺雌、孕激素受体(ER、PR)受体状况的影响。方法 采用外源性雌激素,复制乳腺增生动物模型,分别设置空白对照(A)组、药物对照(B)组、5倍(C)组、10倍(D)组、15倍(E)组、20倍(F)组治疗剂量TAM组。实验30d后取大昆乳腺用SP法检测ER、PR状况。结果 20倍剂量TAM的ER、PR的阳性率明显低于药物对照组。结论 实验结果提示,较大剂量的TAM有下降ER、PR表达的作用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of different dose of tamoxifen on the estrogen receptor (ER)and progesterone receptor(PR) status in rats.Methods Four groups of rats suffering from fibrocystis breast disease caused by sex hormone were treated with five, ten, fifteen and twenty times dosages of tamoxifen respectively, and the same time, the two control groups were designed. ER and PR were determined by immunohistochemical assay after thirty days of experiment. Results The positive rates of ER and PR of the twenty times tomxifen group was significantly lower than that of the dug control group. Conclusion The results showed that larger dose of tamoxinfen can decrease the expression of ER and PR.
