| 摘 要： | 目的探讨水蛭注射液的制备及鉴别方法。方法尝试利用生理盐水采用三冻三缓的方法提取水蛭有效成分,通过离心、调PH值、过滤、分装等步骤研制出水蛭注射液;并采用紫外分光光度法鉴别其有效成分中的共轭结构,用薄层色谱法鉴别注射液中氨基酸。结果与结论本制备及鉴别水蛭注射液的方法简便、快速、有效,具有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the method of producting and identifying the hirudo injection.Methods Using physiological saline through three times freezing and melting,to extract hirudo's main active elements. To prepare hirudo injection with the steps of centrifugation,adjusting pH and filting.Identify the conjugated systems of main active elements with UV spectrometry, using thin layer chromatography identify amino in the injection.Results and Conclusion the method of producting and identifying the hirudo injection is simple ,fast and effective one and it is worth to be used to industrial production. |
