类风湿性关节炎患者外周血和关节滑液中CXCL-5水平测定

目的检测类风湿性关节炎（RA）患者的外周血和关节滑液中上皮嗜中性粒细胞激活肽（CXCL-5）水平，并分析其在关节滑膜炎症发生过程中的免疫病理作用。方法于2004年6月至2006年10月间，采集了42例RA患者和14例健康人外周血和膝关节滑液标本，利用双抗体夹心酶联吸附免疫反应方法（ELISA）方法检测CXCL-5浓度。进一步对24例接受强的松治疗的RA患者检测CXCL-5水平，观察其在疾病发展过程中的作用。结果RA患者外周血中CCRL-5含量与健康者比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而膝关节滑液中CXCL-5水平比健康对照组显著升高（P〈0．01）。24例RA患者接受强的松治疗，2个月后检测关节滑液中CXCL-5水平，发现其与治疗前比较呈显著下降（P〈0．01），接近健康对照组。结论RA患者关节滑液中CXCL-5水平明显升高，它可能直接刺激血管内中性粒细胞向关节滑膜组织及滑液中移动．参与关节滑膜的炎症应答。

Concentration of CXCL - 5 in the sera and synovial fluid in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To detect the concentration of CXCL-5 in peripheral blood and synovial fluid(SF) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA),and analyse its pathogenic role in the development of synovial inflammation.Methods From June 2004 to October 2006,peripheral sera and SF were collected from 42 patients with RA and 14 healthy persons,and CXCL-5 was analyzed by an ELISA.Additionally,24 patients were treated with prednisone,and CXCL-5 in SF was also determined 2 months after treatment.Results CXCL-5 was not significantly different in sera between two groups(P>0.05),while it was significantly increased in the SF of RA patients than that in control group(P<0.01).After clinical treatment in RA patients,CXCL-5 was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion CXCL-5 is markedly increased in the SF of RA patients.It may be involved in stimulating neutrophils into the synovial tissue and SF,play a part in immune response of synovial inflammation.
