| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨精制消栓灵治疗急性期脑梗死的近期疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法:采用对照研究,消栓灵治疗组60例,对照组52例,治疗后分别进行疗效评定,血液流变学指标测定。结果:治疗组基本治愈率、显效率和减少神经功能缺损评分优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组降低纤维蛋白原、血浆粘度方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:精制消栓灵治疗急性期脑梗死安全有效,并可降低纤维蛋白尿、血浆粘度。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the short-term efficacy of Purification Xiaosuanling(PX) and some changes of hemorrheology in patients with cerebral infarction Methods: We conducted a case-controlled trial112 patients were enrolled60 cases in the PX group and 52 in the control group After treatment, the clinical efficacy and hemorrheology were assessed Results: The PX group has a better outcome and a less neurological defect score than that of the cmntrol group,P < 001 The PX group has a significantly efficacy in lowing fibrinogen and plasma viscosity,P < 001 Conclusion:Purification Xiaoshuanling had an efficacy and safety in short-term cerebral infarction therapy |
