This paper emphasizes the importance and necessity of strengthening medical records confidentiality management and protecting patient privacy. It lists that medical institutions leaked patient privacy and propose countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen medical records confidentiality management and protect patient’s privacy from 5 aspects.
