剖宫产次数与前置胎盘、胎盘植入相关因素分析

目的：探讨剖宫产次数与前置胎盘、胎盘植入的关系。方法：回顾性分析1992年3～2002年10月在我院1次以上剖宫产病例916例。结果：1次剖宫产前置胎盘的发生率为3．19％，胎盘植入的发生率为0．55％，产后出血率为24．7％。1次以上剖宫产前置胎盘的发生率为9．06％，胎盘植入的发生率为3．17％，产后出血率为50．6％，子宫切除术6例。结论：随着剖宫产次数的增加，前置胎盘、胎盘植入的发生率明显增加，母婴的并发症及危险性亦随之增加。

Study on the Relationship between Cesarean and Placenta Previa or Placenta Accreta

Objective: To study the relationship between times of cesarean sections and incidence of the placenta previa or placenta accreta. Methods: We reviewed 916 cases of cesarean sections beyond one time from March 1992 to October 2002. Results: In patients with more than one cesarean section.the incidence of placenta previa is 9.06% , placenta accreta 3.17% , postpartum hemorrhage 50.6% and Cesarean hysterectomy 6 cases. Conclusion: More times of cecarean sections, more incidence of placenta previa and placenta accreta,and more complications and dangers of mother and fetus.
