| 摘 要： | 目的:观察女性青春期后痤疮患者进行血症论治后激素水平的变化,探求其可能作用机制。方法:给予常规中药祛痘面膜,中医辨证以阴虚血热为主,治疗1个月后观察其有效率,所有患者均于治疗前和治疗1个月后,采集静脉血,采用放免法检测外周血中T、DHT、FT、SHBG水平。结果:30例病人治愈17例,显效9例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%;治疗后与治疗前激素水平T与DHT相比均有明显降低(P0.05),而治疗后FT有一定降低,SHBG有一定成度升高,但不具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:从血症论治青春期后痤疮的疗效以及对激素水平的影响,可以推测其发挥疗效的机制可能为降低患者T与DHT的激素水平,达到对机体激素水平的控制,能取得非常好的疗效。
