| 摘 要： | 目的对23例脓胸患者临床治疗进行总结和分析。方法采用抗感染、胸腔闭式引流、胸腔冲洗等治疗措施。结果完全愈合20例，3例由肉芽组织生长愈合。结论通过抗感染结合胸腔冲洗治疗脓胸能明显加快脓液引流，促进早期愈合，操作方法简单可行、治疗效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To sum up and analyse empyema treatments experience of twenty-three patients.Methods To adopt anti-infection,closed drainage of thoracic cavity,thoracic cavity washing and so on.Results Through thoracic washing and anti-infection,twenty patients of empyema got complete rehabilitation.Three patients got concrescence by the growth of granulation tissue.Conclusion Adopting anti-infection and thoracic washing can expedite liquor puris drainage,accelerate forepart concrescence.The methods of operation ... |
