| 摘 要： | 颌间牵引钉配合钛板坚固内固定治疗颌骨骨折是一种新型简单的方法，与传统牙弓夹板牵引的治疗疗效相当，是一种快捷、安全、卫生且有效的颌间牵引固定方法，不但术后病人主观舒适度好，易保持口腔卫生，而且并发症少，容易为患者所接受，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Titanium miniplates osteasynthesis with intermaxillary fixation screw is a new and simple methods used in the therapy of maxillofacial fracture, the curative effect is as well as traditional arch bar,it was a time-saving,safe,hygienical technique,it is not only comfortable to the patient and easy to keep up oral sanitation after operation,but also arose less complications,which will be accptable by the patients easily and deserved to be recommended. |
