| 摘 要： | 目的 研究结核菌纯蛋白衍生物 (PPD)试验结果与初治排菌肺结核病人近期疗效间关系。方法 对 15 5例入院的初治排菌肺结核病人常规做PPD试验 ,专人负责皮试的注射、结果测量和记录。结果 吸收及空洞闭合速度 ,后者明显快于前者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 PPD皮试反应强度与初治排菌肺结核病人近期疗效之间存有肯定的正相关性

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the results of PPD tests and the recent curative effects of new smear positive pneumonophisis patients.Methods 155 new smear positive pneumonophis patients were enrolled for the test and the procedures of injection,measuring and recording were carefully done by one person to ensure better accuracy.Results Compared to the patients whose PPD test results were negative,those with positive PPD test results had a significant faster speed of smear positive turning negative,exudative foci being absorbed and cavitations being closed (P<0.05).Conclusion Positive correlation between the results of PPD tests and the recent effects of new smear positive pneumonothisis patients is obvious and certain. |
