蛋白质营养不良大鼠血浆蛋白水平与细胞免疫功能的动态变化

大鼠喂以５％酪蛋白饲料造成蛋白质营养不良，与喂以２０％酪蛋白饲料大鼠比较，观察了血浆蛋白水平，外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群及转化反应的动态变化。实验结果表明，血浆前白蛋白、Ｔ淋已细胞ＣＤ＿４亚群及Ｔ淋巴细胞转化反应对蛋白质营养不良较为敏感，５％蛋白水平饲料喂养三天后就显著下降，Ｔ淋巴细胞转化反应早期下降后尚有反弹现象；改喂２０％蛋白水平饲料一周后，血浆蛋白均恢复至正常水平，Ｔ淋巴细胞ＣＤ＿４亚群及转化反应恢复缓慢。

THE DYNAMIC CHANGES OF PLASMA PROTEIN LEVELS AND CELLULAR IMMUNITY IN PROTEIN DEFICIENT RATS

hanges of plasma prealbumin,transferrin and albumin levels, periphe-ral T lymphocyte CD4,CD8 subsets and biastogenesis stimulated by Con A investigated in rats were fed on 5%and 20% casein diets.Plasma preal-bumin,T lymphocyte CD4 subset and blastogenesis were very sensitive to protein malnutrition,They were decreased significant after the rats fed on 5%casein diet for 3 days. However,the T lympbocyte blastogenesis exhibited a remarkabl e rebound shortly after its decline and decreased again thereaf-ter. All plasma proteins returned to normal after the diet had been changed to 20%casein for one week,but the T lymphocyte CD4 subset and blasto一genesis did not restored completely.
