心电信息管理系统在医院信息化的应用

目的：心电信息管理系统可以提供无创心电数据的集中存储、管理、分析及统计等功能，实现心电图无纸化高采样率存储，及时准确地为临床提供既往及当前心电信息，并与医院HIS系统相连接，使心电图检查融入到医院的信息化建设中，实现心电资源网络其享。方法：以GE公司MUSE心电信息管理系统在中国人民解放军总医院成功引进并应用为例，介绍心电信息管理系统的功能和临床意义，并就未来的发展前景进行探讨。结果：心电信息管理系统成为医院信息化中最重要的组成部分之一，未来发展有重要前景。结论：医院在引进MUSE系统后，真正实现了心电信息的数字化管理，为患者、医院及社会等方面带来了诸多便利，成为医院信息化进程中不可缺少的一个重要组成部分。

The Application of ECG Information Management System in Hospital Informatization

Objective： The ECG information management system could provide the storage, management, analysis and statistic function of noninvasive ECG data. It also achieves the paperless storage of ECG with high sample rate as well as provides the history and present ECG for clinic. Moreover, it is connected with HIS system, which carries out the intemet tethering. Methods： Take the introduction and application of MUSE system of GE Company in PLA General Hospital as an example. The article introduces the fimction and clinic significance of ECG information management system and discusses the prospect. Result： The ECG information management system is one of the most important parts in hospital in~ormatization. It has significant prospect in future. Conclusion： It achieves the ECG digitized management after introduce MUSE system. It brings many advantages for the patients, hospital and society and becomes the indispensable important component in the process of hospital infonnatization.
