计算机辅助技术在胸外科漏斗胸的应用

摘    要:目的:评价计算机辅助技术在胸外科漏斗胸的应用价值。方法:对6例漏斗胸患者利用Mimics软件三维重建和逆向工程软件,快速成型制作出钢板模型,制定手术方案,术前模拟手术,指导手术治疗。结果:术前的模拟手术使手术时间明显缩短,减少了术中失血和麻醉药量。6例患者均获得了良好效果,内固定器械的植入更加直观和准确。结论:计算机辅助技术可以在临床中推广应用,并发症减少,手术时间缩短,手术精确度提高。

Abstract:Objective: Clinical application of the patients with funnel chest deformity using computer-aided technology. Methods: 6 patients funnel chest deformity were designed using mimics software and RP. Results: According to preoperation design, operating repair and postoperation effective was evaluated, 10 patients suffering from facial asymmetry obtained good results. Conclusions: To design individual models with computer aided design technology is a useful method for treatment of facial deformity, which short operation time and complication, improve accurately.
