| 摘 要： | 目的探讨可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM1)在儿童哮喘发病机制中的作用。方法采用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定16例哮喘患儿急性发作期血清中sICAM1水平,以10例健康儿童为对照。结果哮喘患儿发作期血清sICAM1明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。且sICAM1与IgE呈显著正相关(r=0.603P<0.05)。结论sICAM1参与哮喘的发病,并可作为哮喘发病的检测指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the function of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) in the pathogenesis of asthmatic children.Method Serum sICAM-1 was measured in 16 children with asthmatic acute attack and 10 healthy children by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The concentration of sICAM-1 in asthmatic children was significantly eleva- ted compared with healthy controls(P<0.001).There was positive relationship between sICAM-1 and IgE(r=0.603 P<0.05).Conclusion sICAM-1 may play an important role in pathogenesis of asthmatic and can be used as an indicator of asthmatic acute attack. |
