| 摘 要： | 益胃汤乃《温病条辨》中甘寒滋阴生津法的主要代表方之一,叶氏云:"九窍不和,都属胃病,阳土喜柔,偏恶刚燥,若四君、异功等,竟是治脾之药。腑宜通即是补,甘濡润,胃气下行,则有效验。"临床辨证以口咽干燥,不欲饮食,或不喜肥甘,大便干燥而胃疼,舌绛红,少苔或苔薄,脉细数或弦细等为主。不论何种疾病,但有胃阴受损者均可使用本方,而不拘泥于脾胃疾病,并加以临证加减,都可得到较好疗效。
