| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺俞募穴配合推拿及双歧四联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的疗效和治疗优势。方法:将患儿223例随机分成观察组(针刺推拿双歧四联活菌片组)及对照组(西医治疗组),分别予针推配合双歧四联活菌片治疗及西药、对症支持治疗,观察两组病例治疗24h、48h及72h疗效。结果:观察组24h总有效率98.00%;48h总有效率98.67%;72h总有效率99.33%;对照组24h总有效率75.34%;48h总有效率86.30%;72h总有效率94.52%。统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:针推配合双歧四联活菌片治疗小儿腹泻的方法疗效确切,具有简便、可靠、易行的优点。
