| 摘 要： | 病毒性心肌炎是由于病毒侵犯心脏,引起心肌细胞坏死和心肌间质炎性改变的一种疾病。文章依据中医温病理论,阐述了病毒性心肌炎发病是由于风温之邪侵犯人体所致,正气抗邪有力时,邪可从表而解;如感邪重而邪热转内,则引起肺气大伤,日久耗伤心气营阴。治疗从温病卫气营血辨证和三焦辨证理论出发,辨证论治。
