| 摘 要： | 目的:观察苡仁双防散治疗高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法:将216例患者随机分为2组。治疗组(苡仁双防散)144例,对照组(别嘌呤醇)72例,观察治疗后临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率96.5%,对照组总有效率84.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗期间无明显不良反应。结论:该药治疗高尿酸血症疗效确切,且无明显副反应。
