| 摘 要： | 李东垣,金元四大家之一,其创立的脾胃学说对后世影响很大。李东垣脾胃学说的理论基础,来自于《内经》,而张仲景、张元素的学术思想对李东垣影响也较深,尤以张元素的直接经验对李东垣医学理论体系的形成影响尤为深刻。李氏认为"脾胃为生化之源",人以胃气为本,人身机理活动的生理基础依赖于脾运胃纳。文章从该学说形成的时代背景、典籍和师承的启示及理论依据3方面对李东垣脾胃学说理论作以初探。
