双向测评法在护理临床教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:在临床中进行双向测评教学效果的验证和评价。方法:设计双向测评的护生临床学习模式,为临床学习护生设计综合考核,同时对带教老师也进行考核评价。以2008—2009年在广东省中医院实习的164名实习生,在带教中采用双向测评的教学模式,评价带教结果并与2008年传统教学方法进行对比。结果:以双向测评的护生临床学习模式的学生,学习成绩较传统带教方法有显著提高,对老师的满意度和评价也进一步提高。结论:双向测评的护生临床学习模式切合临床实际,有利于提高带教效果。
