| 摘 要： | COPD是一种以气流受限为特征的疾病,现已成为全球死亡原因的第4位。本病的治疗方法具有很多种,而稳定期的康复治疗逐渐的受到人们的重视。文章就COPD稳定期运动疗法的作用机理及临床研究进行了概括总结,尤其是中国传统功法的运用更是为我们提供了另一种思路,但研究仍处于起步阶段,今后有望进一步深入研究。
