| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药配合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:将具有异位妊娠保守治疗指征的住院患者,采用中药汤剂100mL日3次口服,米非司酮50mg日2次口服,定期监测患者生命体征、血hCG彩超及患者腹痛情况,以观察临床效果。结果:35例患者,经保守治疗,有效率达88.57%。结论:中西医结合治疗异位妊娠取得满意疗效。
