| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗寒冷性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:对照组35例采用非索非那定片、赛庚定、维生素C丸、卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗,治疗组38例在对照组治疗的基础上加服桂枝汤和玉屏风散。结果:1个疗程后两组显效率、有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗寒冷性荨麻疹疗效明确,可作为寒冷性荨麻疹的一种治疗方案。
