| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中西医结合方法治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效。方法:选取辽宁中医药大学附属一院2009年6月—2010年4月妊娠剧吐患者30例。采用中西医结合治疗,观察其临床疗效。结果:中西医结合治疗妊娠剧吐患者30例,治愈28例,好转1例,无效1例。结论:西医治疗以控制病情,及时输液以迅速控制代谢紊乱,纠正酸碱平衡;中医从根本上纠正脾胃虚弱,肝胃不和症状,达到标本兼治之目的。同时嘱患者注意治愈后的饮食调养和情绪控制,以防止复发。此法疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
