| 摘 要： | 药学专业学生在医院实习包括以下几个组室：药房（调配处方）、制剂室（配制医院制剂）、药库（采购供应）、药检室,还有近年发展起来的临床药学等。医院实习带教水平和学生的实习质量是一项长期、复杂的工作,需要在实践中不断摸索,不断积累和总结经验。

| Abstract: | The practice part of Pharmacy specialty in hospital generally includes different departments as follows, the practice of drugstore, pharmaceutical preparation, powder chamber, drug assay and clinical Pharmacy. It is a long and complicate work to improve the hospital education and quality of practice. In order to reach these goal, we must search a right way, and get together our exporience. |
