牡蛎肉水提液对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松影响的实验研究

目的观察牡蛎肉水提液对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法4月龄的雌性大鼠行双侧卵巢摘除术后,给予牡蛎肉水提液灌胃3个月后处死,三点弯曲实验测定股骨生物力学,对胫骨上段松质骨进行不脱钙骨组织形态计量学分析。结果牡蛎肉水提液组大鼠与去卵巢组大鼠相比,最大载荷、最大挠度、最大应力和弹性模量均增加,骨小梁面积百分数(%Tb.Ar)、骨小梁数量(Tb.N)及骨小梁宽度(Tb.Th)增加,骨小梁分离度(Tb.Sp)和单位小梁面积破骨细胞数(Oc.N)下降。结论牡蛎肉水提液能够预防去卵巢大鼠的骨质疏松。

Effects of Aqueous Extract of Oyster on Osteoporosis in Ovariectomized Rats

Objective To explore the effects of aqueous extract of oyster on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.Methods Female SD rats aged 4 months were intragastricly administrated with extract of oyster for 3 months,after they were ovariectomized.Then biomechanical characteristics of femur were measured by three point bending test.And the undecalcified longitudinal proximal tibial metaphyseal sections were used for the bone histomorphometric analysis.Results Compared with indicators in ovariectomized rat group(intragasticly treated with 10 mg/kg saline daily),maximal load,maximal stress,maximal deformation,and flexural elastic module increased,percent trabecular bone area(Tb.Ar),Tb.N and Tb.Th increased,Tb.Sp and Oc.N decreased in group received 3 g/ml extract of oyster.Conclusion Extract of oyster can protect osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.
