生物反馈训练对急性脑卒中病人瘫痪肢体运动功能恢复的探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨早期应用生物反馈康复训练对急性脑卒中病人偏瘫肢体运动功能恢复的影响。方法:将213例急性脑卒中病人随机分为康复组151例(脑梗死91例,脑出血60例)和对照组62例(脑梗死32例,脑出血30例),2组均同时接受常规药物治疗,其中康复组于病情稳定48h后进行早期瘫痪肢体生物反馈康复训练疗法。2组在治疗前、治疗后30d、60d、90d分别进行神经功能缺损评分,采用美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIH-SS)、改良Rankin量表(MRS)、卒中影响量表(SIS)对病人日常生活活动能力、残疾程度、生活质量状况进行评定。结果:治疗前康复组和对照组在评分上均无差异(P>0.05);治疗30d时2组上述评分较治疗前有差异,其中康复组改善明显(P<0.05);治疗60d、90d时上述评分显示康复组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:急性脑卒中病人进行早期生物反馈康复训练治疗,可明显提高病人的运动功能,降低致残率,提高病人生活质量。

EFFECT OF BIOFEEDBACK REHABILITATION TRAINING ON MOTOR FUNCTION OF HEMIPLEGIC PATIENTS WITH ACUTE STROKES HAS BEEN INVESTIGATED

Abstract:Objective: Effect of early biofeedback rehabilitation training on motor function of hemiplegic patients with acute strokes has been observed.Methods: 213 patients with acute strokes were randomly divided into rehabilitation group(91patients with acute cerebral infarction and 60 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage)and control group(32 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 30 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage).Two groups of patients were both received conventional drug treatment.Patients in rehabilitation group were evaluated after 48 hours on their conditions and had received early in hemiplegic biofeedback rehabilitation therapies.Scores of neurological functional impairment by the U.S.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Modified Rankin Scale(MRS),Stroke Impact Scale(SIS)of the patients activities of daily living,、disability、quality of life assessment of the conditions in before and after day 30,day 60,day 90 the treatment.Results: Before treatment,there are no apparent difference(P>0.05)in the NIHSS、MRS、SISscores for the rehabilitation group and control group.After 30 days treatment,patient conditions such as in the NIHSS、MRS、SIS scores were improved than before,rehabilitation group improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).Treatment of 60 days,90 days follow-up,the improvement of rehabilitation group was still significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Early biofeedback rehabilitation training therapy on patients can significantly help the patients with acute strokes improve the motor function,reduce disability and imprvve quality of life.
