| 摘 要： | 肿瘤血管的形成对肿瘤的生长具有重要的影响,本文通过对肿瘤血管形成过程、方式及机制相关文献的综合查阅和总结,系统阐述了近年来肿瘤性毛细血管内皮细胞芽生、脉管共同选择、微血管套叠式生长、肾小球样血管新生、血管生成拟态、马赛克血管、成血管细胞募集、血管选定方式等肿瘤血管形成方式及其机制等热点研究进展,为临床科研提供思路。

| Abstract: | Tumor Angiogenesis plays an important role on the growth of the tumor.In this review,we introduce the tumor angiogenesis methods and mechanism of hot research in recent years, especially in sprouting angiogenesis,vessel co-option,intussusceptive microvascular growth, glomeruloid bodies,vasculogenic mimicry,mosaic blood vessels ,to raise angioblast , vessel cooption.etc by summarizing and referring to Related literature.we hope it can Provide ideas for clinical scientific research. |
