颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血病临床分析

摘    要:目的:讨论颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血病临床疗效。方法:2011年3月至2013年7月在我院治疗的110例高血压脑出血患者,随机进行分组,对照组患者给予内科保守治疗,实验组患者给予颅内血肿微创清除术进行治疗。结果:实验组患者总有效率较对照组患者明显提高,具有显著差异(P0.05),实验组患者的并发症发生率、血肿清除时间及血肿清除率较对照组患者均明显降低,具有显著差异(P0.05)。结论:针对高血压脑出血患者运用颅内血肿微创清除术,可以取得良好的治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,有效清除血肿,提高患者的自理能力及生活质量,延长患者生命,临床值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: MinimaUy invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma discuss the clinical efficacy of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treatment. Methods: March 2011 to July 2013 in our hospital 110 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly grouped in the con- trol group were treated with conservative therapy, the experimental group were treated with intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery for treatment. Results: The patients total efficiency compared with the control group were significantly improved, with a significant difference (P〈0. 05), the incidence of complications in the experimental group patients, hematoma time and hematoma rate of the control group patients than were significantly lower, with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: For patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage intracranial hematoma using minimally invasive surgery, you can get a good therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of complications, effective removal of the hematoma, improve self-care ability and quality of life of patients and prolong the lives of patients, clinical worthy of promotion application.
