颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血病临床分析

目的:讨论颅内血肿微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血病临床疗效。方法:2011年3月至2013年7月在我院治疗的110例高血压脑出血患者,随机进行分组,对照组患者给予内科保守治疗,实验组患者给予颅内血肿微创清除术进行治疗。结果:实验组患者总有效率较对照组患者明显提高,具有显著差异(P0.05),实验组患者的并发症发生率、血肿清除时间及血肿清除率较对照组患者均明显降低,具有显著差异(P0.05)。结论:针对高血压脑出血患者运用颅内血肿微创清除术,可以取得良好的治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,有效清除血肿,提高患者的自理能力及生活质量,延长患者生命,临床值得推广应用。

Conclusion： For patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage intracranial hematoma using minimally invasive surgery, you can get a good therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of complications, effective removal of the hematoma, improve self-care ability and quality of life of patients and prolong the lives of patients, clinical worthy of promotion application.
