哮喘患者采用普米可令舒雾化吸入治疗前后血清IL-12、IL-13及VEGF水平变化的研究

目的:本研究旨在探讨采用普米可令舒雾化辅助治疗急性发作期哮喘患者的临床疗效以及对血液中白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)以及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平变化的影响。方法:选取本院2011年10月至2012年8月收治的哮喘患者134例,随机分为两组,对照组为采用常规治疗患者72例,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合使用普米克令舒(雾化吸入,6-10min/次,3次/d)治疗患者62例,疗程均为7d,比较两组患者治疗前后的血清IL-12、IL-13以及VEGF水平变化情况,并测定肺功能。结果:7d疗程结束后,观察组症状明显低于对照组,但血清中IL-12水平则高于对照组、IL-13和VEGF水平明显低于对照组,观察组血清IL-12和VEGF的变化值明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01),而IL-13无明显区别(P﹥0.05),急性发作期患者血清IL-12与FEV1%呈正相关;IL-13与FEV1%呈负相关;VEGF与FEV1%呈负相关,治疗后则无明显相关。结论:普米可令舒雾化吸入用于辅助治疗急性发作期哮喘患者具有明显的临床效果,并能显著的改变患者体内的炎性环境,因此,可以作为一种安全有效的治疗方法予以推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of asthma treated with Budesenide Suspension for atom-ization inhalation and study its effect on serum IL -12, IL -13 and VEGF level changes. Methods：134 patients withasthma were selected in our hospital from October 2010 to August 2011, who were randomly divided into two groups. 72 patients used conventional treatment as the control group. On the basis of conventional treatment, 62 patients usedBudesonlde Suspension （atomization inhalation, 6-10 mirdtime, 3 times/day） in the treatment as the observation group. Thecourse of treatment was 7d. Serum IL -12, IL -13 and VEGF level changes were compared between two groups before and afterthe treatment. Results：After the treatment, scores of cough, wheezing, dyspnea, pulmonary wheeze in the observation groupwere signitlcantly lower than those in the control group. Serum IL -12, IL -13 and VEGF level in the observation group was significantly lowerthan that in the control group. Thedifference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. Conclusion：Budesonide Suspension atomization inhalation in the treatment ofasthma has obvious clinical curative effect, which can reduce serum IL -12, IL -13 and VEGF level. That caneffective regulate inflammatory environment of children patients. That is a safe and effective treatment method and worthyof clinical use.
