依达拉奉联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展型脑梗死疗效研究

目的探讨依达拉奉联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展型脑梗死的疗效。方法选择2010年1月-2012年1月笔者所在医院确诊为进展型脑梗死患者96例，根据治疗方法分为观察组48例，予以依达拉奉联合低分子肝素钙治疗，对照组48例，予以治疗，对两组的疗效及患者神经功能缺损评分进行比较。结果观察组与对照组的总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组与对照组治疗7d及治疗14d后的神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前明显降低，且两组间分别比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论依达拉奉联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展型脑梗死疗效确切，安全性好，值得推广。

Effect of edaravone combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the efficacy of edaravone combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2010 to January 2012, where the author＇s Hospital diagnosed with progressive cerebral infarction in 96 patients, 48 cases randomly divided into two groups, be in accordance with edaravone combined with low molecular weight heparin therapy, the control group of 48 patients to be treated, and to compare the efficacy of the two groups and the two groups of patients with neurological function deficit score. Results Observation group and the control group, the total efficiency comparison, the difference was sta- tistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The observation group and the control group in the treatment of neurological deficit scores compared with treatment 7d and 14d after treatment significantly reduced compared between the two groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Edaravone combined with low molec- ular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction exact security is worth promoting.
