两种不同磨耗程度磨牙症患者的磨牙声比较

目的比较两种不同磨耗程度磨牙症患者的磨牙声,探究磨牙声与牙齿磨耗程度及干扰的关系。方法通过调研选取符合标准的磨牙症者30名,将其分为上颌尖牙Ⅱ°磨耗和Ⅲ°磨耗两组,进行夜间录音,采用Adobe Audition软件提取磨牙声,截取拟分析的规律单声频段,比较磨牙声响度、速度与牙齿磨耗程度间的关系。结果两组单声音段比较,Ⅲ°磨耗组比Ⅱ°磨耗组最高响度值高,音段持续时间、音节的持续和间歇时间较长,而音素的持续和间歇时间较短。两组音节数目比较,差异无统计学意义,音素数目比较,差异显著。结论磨牙声响度越高、磨动速度越慢,牙齿磨耗就越重,同时干扰可能越多,为临床工作者诊治本病提供参考依据。

Evaluation of the tooth grinding sound in bruxism of two different wear

Objective To compare the sound of tooth grinding in bruxism of two different wear and the relationship of tooth grinding sound , the wear degree and the occlusal interference. Methods Selected the 30 standard bruxism by the investigation, which was divided .into two groups include the Ⅱ degree wear and the Ⅲ degree wear.To carry on the night recording, using Adobe Audition audio software to extract grind one＇s teeth sound, and to intercept the law frequency band. To compare the relationship of tooth grinding sound in the loudness ,the speed and the wear degree. Results Value of the highest loudness in two groups, the Ⅲ degree was higher than the Ⅱ degree.The duration of stretch, the duration of syllable and the intermittence of syllable was longer by the group of the third degree,but the duration of syllable and the intermittence of syllable was shorter. Two groups of syllable number compare no signifi- cant,yet,the number of phoneme showed great significant in two groups. Conclusion The higher the sound of tooth grinding, the slower speed of tooth grinding, the heavier tooth attrition and the more the occlusal interference .Diag- nosis and treatment for clinical workers provide reference basis for the disease.
