ICU机械通气患者焦虑抑郁情绪状况和影响因素调查研究

目的探讨ICU机械通气患者的焦虑抑郁情绪现状及其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查方式对2010年7月～2012年7月在我院ICU住院治疗的100例机械通气患者进行测评。结果患者焦虑平均标准分和抑郁平均标准分分别为（55．38±5．53）分和（57．47±5．86）分，焦虑和抑郁情绪发生率为56．00％和61．00％。多因素Logistic回归分析显示能够适应无家属陪护和对疾病认识到位是焦虑抑郁情绪的保护因素，而APACHEII评分分级高和有机械通气并发症是焦虑抑郁情绪的危险因素，经济压力大是焦虑情绪的危险因素。结论ICU机械通气患者焦虑情绪普遍存在．其焦虑抑郁情绪受多方面因素的影响。

Study on anxiety and depression status and the influential factors in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU

Objective To investigate anxiety and depression status and its influential factors in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU. Methods The clinical data of one hundred patients with mechanical ventilation who were treated in the department of ICU in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012 were collected,they were surveyed by the questionnaire. Results The mean scores of anxiety and depression were （55.38±5.53） and （57.47±5.86） ,the overall prevalence of anxiety and depression was 56.00% and 61.00% in patients with mechanical ventilation,respectively. Multivariate logistic analysis indicated that adapting to stay without family and fully understanding the related knowledge of myocardial infarction had a protective effect on anxiety and depression, but high level of APACHE I1 and complications of patients with mechanical ventilation and depression were risk factors for anxiety and depression. And multivariate logistic analysis indicated ＂that economic pressures were risk factor for anxiety. Conclusion The anxiety and depression is common in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU and affected by many factors.
