椎间融合器材料和工艺的研究和应用进展

摘    要:摘要]椎间融合器是脊柱退行性疾病患者接受椎间植骨融合后能否达到脊柱稳定、恢复椎体正常生理曲度的关键之一。随着研究不断深入,椎间融合器的材料与设计工艺不断改进,成为医学结合材料学研究的热点之一。本文回顾了目前国内外椎间融合器的研究成果,基于Zero-P和钽金属材料椎间融合器、椎间融合器表面改性、3D打印椎间融合器等特点,阐述了不同材料和工艺的椎间融合器的动物试验或临床试验的研究现状,以期为椎间融合器科研研究方向和临床工作中的选择提供指导。

Abstract:Abstract]Interbody fusion cage places a crucial role in achieving spinal stability and restoring the physiological curvature in patients with interbody fusion. With the depth-research, the material application, processing and design of interbody fusion cage have been continuously refined, which appear to the research hotspots of cross domain in medical and material science. This paper based on the characteristics of Zero-P. Tantalum interbody fusion cage, surface modification and 3D printing of interbody fusion cage, explaining the research condition in clinical trials of interbody fusion cage with different materials and designs. Therefore, this paper provided guidance for the direction of further research and appropriate selection for clinical work of intervertebral fusion operation.
