| Abstract: | A pedicled anterolateral thigh flap was used to reconstruct an abdominal defect after traumatic degloving of the entire skin of the right upper leg two-and-a-half years earlier. There are few reports about revascularisation of skin flaps after previous interruption of the blood supply. As far as I know this is the first report of a revascularised (anterolateral thigh) perforator flap. |
