梭梭人工接种肉苁蓉与野生肉苁蓉活性成分及金属元素的含量测定

摘    要:目的 研究梭梭人工接种肉苁蓉与野生肉苁蓉药典指标成分及金属元素的含量和差异,为濒危植物肉苁蓉的合理开发和人工种植提供一定的理论参考。方法 分别应用高效液相色谱法和用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法进行活性成分及金属元素测试,并利用SPSS统计分析软件进行数据处理。结果 比较发现,野生样品中毛蕊花糖苷(2.85±0.45%)的平均含量高于梭梭人工接种品(1.13±0.37%),有显著性差异 (P<0.05),两者松果菊苷含量无差异。此外野生样品中金属元素钠、钾、钙含量高于梭梭人工接种品,且有显著性差异 (P<0.05),其余元素差异不显著。结论 梭梭人工接种肉苁蓉与野生肉苁蓉在成分含量具有一定的差异性。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the differences in the contents of effective components and metallic elements between manual cultivation Cistanch deserticola parasitized by Haloxylon ammodendron and wild Cistanch deserticola. In order to provide theory basis for appropriate development and utilization of endangered Cistanch deserticola. METHODS HPLC and atomic absorption spectrometry with air-acetylene flame methods were used to determine the content of effective components and metallic elements, and these results were analyzed using SPSS statistical analysis software. RESULTS Compare results showed that, the content of acteoside (2.85±0.45%) in wild samples was higher than that in manual cultivated samples (1.13±0.37%) significantly (P<0.05), the contents of echinacoside has no significant difference between manual cultivation and wild samples. Moreover, the content of metallic elements Na, K, Ga in the wild samples were higher than those in the cultivated samples significantly (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Wild and manual cultivated samples have differences in the contents of components.
