仝小林教授运用不同剂量葛根芩连汤治疗2型糖尿病验案

葛根芩连汤,在《伤寒论》中主治太阳病邪热内传、大肠传导失司所致的下利,仝小林教授以"异病同治"为指导思想,将其用于湿热蕴脾型糖尿病的治疗。本文选取其在临床实践中根据糖尿病患者的病情及血糖水平,选用不同剂量的葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病湿热蕴脾证的有效案例加以分析,提示根据疾病的病情和病势,要采用合适的剂量,方能取得较好的疗效。

Clinial Examples of Treatment for Type 2 Diabetes by Professor Tong Xiao-lin Using Gegen Qinlian Decoction

Objective: Gegen Qinlian decoction is a traditional Chinese classical formula for diarrhea of damp-heat syndrome.Professor Tong Xiao-lin used this formula to treat type 2 diabetes with damp-heat syndrome according to "treating different diseases with the same therapy" thought in traditional chinese medicine.The result showed it had good effect on type 2 diabetes with damp-heat syndrome.Not only the herbs in this formula affect the effect,the dose of the herbs had sigificant influences on the effect.In this article,four clinical examples were chosen to explain the clinical use of different doses of Gegen Qinlian decoction.When treating type 2 diabetic disease with high level blood glucose,the large doses should be used,and when the blood glucose were controlled,the small doses should be used to keep the patient's condition and the blood glucose stable.When the formula was used to treat diseased,the appropriate dose should be selected to fit for different status of the illness to get the best effect.
